Nora’s career has included roles in corporate marketing, music management, and brand strategy consulting for brands like Nike, Proctor & Gamble, General Mills, Target, and Nordstrom. But it wasn’t until she joined a startup called Growth Machine in 2018 that she found her twin passions for content marketing and operations management. 

Her 8 year career at Growth Machine saw her start as a project manager, grow into COO, and eventually transition into CEO and owner. 

Now that Growth Machine is part of MBE Group, Nora applies her strong marketing background, content expertise, and systems mindset to the content arm of the company, helping to evolve the team’s work to help drive growth for MBE clients, new and old. 

Nora holds a BA from Vassar College and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She lives in Chicago with her husband, two sons, and cat, and spends her free time cooking and baking, riding her bike, and working on her backyard garden.
